A True Comment About Henry

Today I told my children about a study I heard about where children jumped up and down for a minute every hour on the hour at school. Their bone density increased in a dramatic way. Something appeared on the t.v. that sparked this discussion, so I encouraged the kids to jump. Henry jumped. Then he jumped and jumped and jumped some more. He then tried to jump on the couch, on the ottoman, on my bed, and in his crib for the rest of the day. At one point Olivia said, "Mom, it's like he never runs out of batteries." What a smart little girl. What an energetic boy. God bless him. I wish I could tap his energy supply. I'm tired.
